We believe learning is a continuous process. During the first 3 months we are focusing on the fundamentals of who we are and what we do, knowing the people who make it all happen and getting familiar with our unique culture.
After this first onboarding period the journey doesn't end, in fact it only begins. We invite you to keep learning and deepen the knowledge into specific areas: Our industry, the different markets, soft and hard skills supporting your growth and more.
